EPPLUS+Datagridview=client-server?

Dear colleagues, I turn to you with the following question..the first project in C#
. There is no database binding to the datagridview (manual filling and saving in txt, loading into it line by line)
Now there is a need to make client (user entered data, pressed a button, received files)-server (execution of the algorithm not at the client, sending filled files to the client) Appendix. I downloaded the EPPLUS library .. and I don’t know how to proceed:
-leave the form of my application for entering data in dgv in winforms or transfer it to the web version (how and what is better)
-how to arrange all the code with calculation/execution algorithms (withdrawal from the program into a separate module/form/etc) and place it on a server/website on the Internet
-how to return completed EXCEL documents to the client from the server/website
