EPochta Mailer SMTP server, from mail.ru - gets into spam?

1) If you use servers (accounts) from mail.ru in the ePochta Mailer program - without exceeding the limits - will the letters go to spam?
2) And if you send letters only to "domain mail" ([email protected])?
3) What free open/click tracker would you recommend, if there are free ones at all.
I would be grateful if someone could answer all three questions)
