Endless watcher task running in PHPStorm?

After some idle work with watchers in PHPStorm, an interesting bug appeared. Which do not understand where it came from and do not understand how it is solved. I use the standard watcher to work with Stylus. At the moment, PHPStorm creates a task for the watcher and spins it endlessly. The compilation script itself works, but the output css file does not go to the server (and it should, the "Skip external changes" checkbox is unchecked). The version of PHPStorm is one of the latest, can anyone come across a similar one?
