Endless Linux boot screen. What could be the reason?

One fine day, my ubuntu, after choosing the bootloader in the menu, stopped loading. Just a black screen. I thought about reinstalling. From the installation flash drive, the same story. Through a bootable USB flash drive, Windows formatted the disk from Ubuntu, I myself work on Windows, but still I can’t install Linux again. I tried both manjaro and maint .. When choosing to start the system from a flash drive, there is also an eternal dark screen.
