Encryption of user data - is it legal?
There is a service that stores user data in encrypted form in a database. Is it legal? Do I need to get any encryption licenses?

The FSB license for encryption (cryptography) is required for organizations providing services for the protection of confidential information and information constituting state secrets using encryption (cryptographic) means.
