Emulators + Android Studio work with bluetooth modules connected to the computer?

There is a small bletooth module bought a couple of years ago (only for sending files to the phone, no more) working on bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, is it possible to create an application or at least send a file using an emulator using my module?

The emulator that comes with the Android SDK (and is used by Android Studio) does not know how to use bluetooth modules.
