Empty utm-tags when receiving Bitrix24 lead data, why?
Hello!
Bitrix24 has an incoming webhook with CRM access rights, as well as an outgoing webhook with the ONCRMLEADADD event type.
When any site visitor contacts the Bitrix online chat, the tags are displayed correctly in the "UTM tags" in the lead itself, for example:
UTM Source: yandex
UTM Medium: organic
UTM Campaign: (organic)
UTM Content: -
UTM Term: -
But when receiving lead data via a webhook, these labels are set to null values. Please tell me what could be the reason?

In case anyone else comes across a similar issue. As it turned out, when receiving lead data from Bitrix, utm-tags are null, but after some time (I checked after an hour) if you re-request the same lead, then the corresponding fields of utm-tags will already have values .
