Empty Excel price list 0 bytes downloaded in OpenCart 2?

We go to the catalog-> any category of goods, click download "Price List"
And an empty Excel file of 0 bytes is downloaded.

Dig in the direction of this plugin / module, enable error output on the site and see what and how, look at opencart logs
