Emmet with svg sprites in html/php file in VSCODE?

Once upon a time, emmet abbreviations worked for me, in which I simply wrote something like: svg-sprite and I unfolded the code of the svg sprite in the html file. Now I can't find this extension again. And in general, svg abbreviations in html / php files do not work for me.
What are the solutions?
