Emmet Livestyle + Sublime Text turns off after page reload. Why?

Some time ago, a very incomprehensible situation began to complicate the work in my favorite Emmet Livestyle plugin.
The plugin works correctly, but only until the page is reloaded. Previously, after a reboot, after some fractions of a second, the plugin was automatically turned on and all connected local files were registered automatically. Now I have to reconnect them every time.
Chrome (latest), livestyle (latest), sublime text 2/3 (I tried both) - it's the same everywhere. There are no Cyrillic characters in the file paths. Local copies of the files are in the temporary storage of the ftp client (in my case, Total Commander).
Maybe someone faced and solved this problem?
UPD: I noticed that the problem does not appear on all sites. Most often, where there are a lot of included css files, or included css files with get variables (style.css?ver=111, for example). But I don't think that's the point.
