Embedded developer. Which faculty to choose? Applied Informatics? Radio Electronics?
For example, I want to debug boards in spaceships. What faculty do you need to enter in order to be able to do this later?

Ask in the departments. We have a bunch of guys from the physical and pmm working at the Institute of Communications, in fact, they rivet these modules, this is Voronezh VGU
Applied computer science has a deeper bias in programming, touching little on circuitry issues. Radio electronics looks more at circuitry, but less at programming. In your scenario, electronics is closer, since you are talking about "debug boards" about the hardware. Microcontroller programming is included.
Subjectively, radio electronics provides broader knowledge than applied computer science, and what is not included in the program (actually modern programming) is easier to master on your own than, for example, the effect of radiation on microcontrollers.
