Embed a form in a Wordpress site?

Good day!
There is a site on wordpress, you need to insert a forum of such a plan as in the figure into it, so that there is a header, menu, and so on.

What is the best way to do this? Install a forum plugin for wordpress or set up a forum from scratch? PHPBB or is there something better? Trying to integrate into the site itself or upload it to a subdomain? There is no registration on the site itself. What do you advise?

If the site is not registered and acc. users, then everything is simplified at times. Nothing needs to be integrated.
Choose any forum you like and install. (to a subdomain or folder - whatever)
phpBB, vBulletin, IPB, etc. Just read about them and choose.
And then just insert your header and footer from the site into the forum topic.
