The reasons may be different. Perhaps the IP of the hoster is true or yours is blacklisted. Or maybe your emails contained spam-like content. We recommend our article 9 ways to avoid getting into spam habrahabr.ru/company/unisender/blog/107127/
If you are banned by one particular email service, then it makes sense to contact their support.

depends on whether it gets spammed by address or by content

There are suspicions that either the IP or the hoster affects this. emails from sites hosted by one host go to spam, but emails from sites sent from another do not.

If sending comes from the site, then check the IP here . There you can also remove your IP from the databases.

It is very doubtful that the problem is in your address - most likely, the IP of your hoster / your subnet just got into some kind of black list. Look for the IP reputation on the top ten sites for the query "email reputation lookup" - there you will also find answers to the question "what to do?".

In my case, this phenomenon was due to pictures (in a letter or signature).
It is better to make a standard signature without pictures.
