Hello. Google does not allow you to re-register the same login if it has been deleted. What other email services do the same? I just want to know that no one has used the login before you, for security and confidentiality purposes.

Now almost all free mail services, including Mail.Ru and Yandex, do not allow you to re-register an account even if the mailbox has been deleted, but they allow you to restore access to the deleted mailbox for its owner.
