Email provider with API access to the contents of mailboxes

Good afternoon everyone!
So, we are looking for an email service with an API for accessing the contents of mailboxes (letters and attachments after parsing).
So far, only Yahoo and context.io
IMAP / POP have been found - not that (there is a fallback option everywhere).
Paid/free, doesn't matter. All you need is a couple of boxes.
Thank you.

As a result, I settled on mandrillapp.com/inbound/
Sends a POST to the specified link when receiving a letter.

It seems to be better for you to choose something that supports IMAP and use some good library on the client (or, if necessary, invent a layer in the form of a server that stupidly broadcasts calls over the network)

What prevents you from writing your own library to work with a specific service? Well, as suggested above - IMAP.

Either you do not agree on something, or the PHP IMAP library and, in particular, imap_savebody should help you
