email pipe for exim/freebsd

There is exim on freebsd.
I can't set up an incoming email pipe to the script. Created user

mail2icq , script

/www/forward/mail2icq.cgi works. I tried to write with quotes, it does not work. Wrote in /etc/aliases the line mail2icq: |/www/forward/mail2icq.cgi doesn't work either.

Does Exim have sufficient rights to run this script?
Try to run as this user.
.forward is sufficient. Does the script itself have the correct first line so that it knows that perl needs to be run? Something like #!/usr/bin/perl (I hope perl is there).
