Eclipse takes too long to open a project. This is fine?

3 GB RAM
2 core processor, 4 threads Intel(R) Core(TM)i5 CPU 2.53GHz

Installed Eclipse. The project opens already within 4 hours, while Android Studio and Intelij Idea open the project in a few seconds, Unreal Engine on my PC also works quickly. Is it normal that Eclipse takes so long to open a 1MB project?
