Eclipse C++ (The selection cannot be launched) how to fix?

Eclipse

I do Project-> Build all. Then I click on Run and the window "The selection cannot be launched, and there are no recent launches.". Also tried Project->Build Project but still throws this error.

PS The first issue in Google for "The selection cannot be launched". Is it really that difficult?

I spent a lot of time on this Eclipse C++. Better choose another IDE like Visual C++ or Qt Creator...
