I have a dynamic IP of my region, how can I get a dynamic IP of another region?
I only imagine it so that somewhere in another region there will be a computer connected to the Internet with a dynamic IP, I will be connected to this computer, and if necessary I will reboot the router to change the IP.
Can it be possible to rent a server with a dynamic IP? or what else?
