Duplicate messages in telegram bot (Python)?

I am writing a bot in python using the pytelegrambotapi framework.
Written on long polling, there is such a problem that messages are duplicated, or even in the middle of the registration algorithm, a message may pop up when you enter / start.
Not a stable job in general.
I mean that the reason may be due to the long polling technology, and when translated to hooks, the MB will become more stable. Or am I wrong?
