Duplicate files when copying to a MAC OS flash drive?

Hello, I've run into this problem.
I bought a removable hard drive and decided to free up space on the poppy, copied some of the files / folders from the Finder. Everything is fine, everything is super, but when I open a flash drive on Windows, I see duplicates of almost all files that weigh 4kb each.

What is it and how to get rid of it?

These are not duplicates. These are service files. For spotlight inteksirovanie, if I'm not mistaken.
For removable media, this can be disabled.
I do not remember exactly how (these files do not soar), but Google easily finds options.
