Drupal + CRM.....?

They ask to offer a solution built on Drupal + some kind of open-source CRM, I have never dealt with CRM at all, has anyone worked with such bundles? Can you advise where to look or what to read?

As far as I know, Drupal is the most "friendly" with CiviCRM - http://drupal.org/project/civicrm

I like SugarCRM more
. We haven't tried integration, but there is something here drupal.org/node/91115
You can always get integrated just by querying the database, and SSO is not so difficult to do.

Check out Open Atrium . If it doesn’t fit, there is a module for Drupal for CRM vTiger. I myself have not worked with all this yet.
