Hello! I noticed on the site that when editing a node, the body field is empty, although the content is displayed on the site, what could be the problem? Thank you!

The problem is in Drupal itself)
But seriously, there can be a lot of options, from a plugin conflict to a banal layout error. Even an error or inaccuracy in the database can lead to unpredictable consequences. Drupal is too complex to be said offhand.
PS I remember how the menu (completely) disappeared in my admin panel after three (THREE!) lines were not loaded into one table during the transfer. Perhaps you have something similar.
