Drupal 7, how to make it possible to add content only with a certain term and see content only from a certain term?

Good afternoon!
I sculpt some kind of CRM. The main task is to divide users into projects. There is a dictionary Projects, it accordingly has a list of all projects. I connected users and projects through the corresponding field in Profile 2. I also made the content through Term reference, respectively. How now to show content only from the linked Project and give the ability to add content only to the linked Project?
I show content only through the view, so some kind of filtering in the view itself is enough.
