Drupal 7. How to add a field to "Payment Information"?

At work, I got a site on Drupal 7, which was passed by several freelancers. In general, I see Drupal for the first time, so there were difficulties.
I've looked at the docs where everyone is referring to the Customer Profile. It should be in the Store tab, meaning drupal commerce. However, in my version it simply does not exist. I looked all over the admin panel and didn't find anything similar.
Please tell me what is the problem and how to connect it?
