Drupal 7 hook_uninstall, how to do a lot of data processing when uninstalling a module?

Hello!
Tell me, is there a way to handle large amounts of data when removing a module in Drupal 7? Now I just put all the processing in hook_uninstall. Of course, drupal crashed with a max_execution_time error.
Can eat a method on removal of any batch to fasten???
