Drawing library?

Hello. I'm from boiling on the stove.
Is there any module in Python that can be used to "create" a drawing (for example, the simplest part, see the image below)?

Enough drawing packs. Pillow and opencv for freehand drawing, matplotlib for plotting, most GUI frameworks have a canvas element for freehand drawing. Even a turtle (turtle), and that is.
But for drawing... There is a lot of specific trouble here, so the question involuntarily begs: what problem are you solving? Maybe it's better to take the same Compass-3D and script it?
