Drawing a graph from a table - to give weekly data an axis with the names of months?
There is tabular data (from sql query):
"the number of the week in the year is a certain number". This is drawn in anything, even in excel.
But the week numbers are not a very visual thing, I would like the drawer to understand what month it is from the week number and write exactly the names of the months, not the numbers of the weeks, under the axis.
Is there a drawing tool that can do this "out of the box"? preferably open source, linux and not cloud services

who hinders in SQL to make calculation of date/time on number of week? And from the date of time, using the format, already display the name of the month. And there, any drawing of graphs can already be displayed. No need for the calculated part in the drawing tool.
