I installed Draw.io locally - a good thing, but I can't figure out how to save the primitive, which I changed to my own, into the library?

Well, then just drag the mouse from there and that's it :)

Of course, I can copy-paste from project to project, but this is different.

In general, there is in the left panel (where the libraries are) - Scratchpad (xs how it is in Russian) - you can drag it with the mouse and everything is fine))
