Dragging touch-style windows with another button

Is it possible to drag windows "for any place", that is, not for the title, but for the middle / content. For example, the middle button or right.

The issue of infinitely convenient switching between windows was solved with the help of the tint2 panel, but I still want to make myself comfortable moving, and not aim at a narrow title bar.
