Please tell me Drog-and-Drop constructors for C (you can also C ++) like C ++ Builder, but not it. Recommended for Ubuntu.

Ohh.
The expression "Drag&Drop constructors for c" is meaningless. Because c/c++ doesn't contain specifications for displaying forms - third-party libraries do that. Accordingly, you need these same libraries and tools for working with them. For c ++ under ubuntu, perhaps the most popular will be Qt and the editor, respectively, Qt creator. There is also wxWidgets (the editor seems to be built into Code::Blocks). Another way to display forms is GTK, but I don’t know how it is with editors.
