Downloading files from JS link?

Hello,
How to force js to download a file from a link?
Suppose there is a source link to the original picture: pp.userapi.com/c845016/v845016024/3e6d4/DUB6ae0ywZw.jpg
Or the source link to the song cs1-81v4.vkuseraudio.net/p4/c2264eaa7bdf16.mp3 interface has a download button, but I don’t understand how call it through code.
