Downloading all tracks from your VK profile via API?

The social network Vkontakte is blocked in Ukraine, everything, access was covered. Now anyone who comes in will be outlawed, mother-ama criminal. Although it was reported that the law would come into force on 05/28/18. I didn't have time to download all the tracks, I would like to use their API to download all my tracks.

Maybe someone has already done this, especially now?

Or will it still be necessary to climb and dig their API?)

earth? There is no such thing in the criminal code, not in the civil code.
If you are able to raise VPN, then go as much as you like.
At the moment, there is a presidential decree that concerns providers, and not the users themselves. If you can bypass the blocking of providers (and apart from mobile operators, no one is blocking yet, and it’s not known how much time will pass until they can), then you can safely download - they won’t be able to make claims against you specifically.
