What goal are you trying to solve by uploading files to the cloud? A copy of the data, in which case to restore or another reason? Files can be immediately uploaded to the cloud, then there will be no double volume. Or take storage from SkyparkCDN or G-Core , in this case, pay only for the allocated space in the storage and download files from the storage. And links to files that are stored in the repository can be published on the site.
