Double logging out of their account indicates remote access?

Hello everybody. I installed Kaspersky for myself, password-protected the change of settings and right there I can’t enter using the password. I reset, assign a password again and the situation repeats. When resetting, I enter safe mode, then I exit their admin user and immediately two windows appear: the first is shutdown, the second is a window with all users. Does it look like remote access? I can't figure out what the hell is with the passwords.. This has never happened before, including with the same program on other computers...
Are there any ways to detect a remote location?
