Domain transfer from Gandi.net
Good day, dear Habra community.
I remember that a year and a half ago , a fairly large domain registrar gandi.net was mentioned on Habré, distributing domains in honor of its anniversary.
The year and a half spent with Gandi was not bad, but now it became necessary to transfer one of the domains, transferring it to another registrar - ideally to 2doimains or Reg.ru.
Actually, the question is: how can you get by with “little blood” in the domain transfer process? If any universal tips? Or perhaps someone has transferred domains from this service?
pS
On the site itself, I found only the transfer of the domain to them .

Domain transfers are a fairly standard and universal procedure for all registrars. What zone is your domain in?
Common zones (*.com \ *.net, etc.) are transferred using a "secret key" that is issued by the current registrar or in the domain control panel (you need to initiate the transfer) or through the support service (by sending a request from authorized mail).
On another registrar, in your case reg.ru, for example, you should accept the domain.
Their secret key should be in their account, at least for *.com domains a couple of weeks ago that was exactly the case. Perhaps overlooked?
When transferring, confirmation mail goes to some of the specified soaps in the profile, even if there is a confirmation code. That is, access to the mail for any is required (although the address can be changed directly in the office without confirmation, which actually makes confirmation by mail meaningless).
If you transfer to directi, then directi does not always generate the correct link to confirm the transfer (leading to their site), then you must manually enter the correct soap in the link.
Even with the email and confirmation code, the domain still takes "up to 5 days" of manual transfer approval from the Gandhi support. At what it is not clear whether these are working days or ordinary ones, on the 6th day after the manual “kick”, they still gave the domain for transfer.
