Doesn't start after adding RAM?

RAM: DDR-4 DIMM 8Gb/2400MHz PC19200 Apacer, BOX
Power supply ATX 650W AeroCool KCAS PLUS 650M Motherboard GigaByte
GA-H310M-H 2.0, LGA1151 , I insert it - it doesn’t start, I change places - it doesn’t start, I pull out the old one - it goes on the new one, on the contrary it also goes, I insert it into the second socket - it doesn’t start again, is it possible that the socket burned out, although it hadn’t been used at all before, or it’s necessary to configure something so that he sees the second socket?

Sometimes even absolutely identical RAM models, but from different batches (different part numbers) refuse to work. So, one hundred percent - everything is working for you: both the mother and both bars, just the bars are not compatible as a pair.

yes, set all the parameters to 1 in setup with one plate and then plug 2
sometimes it helps to turn off the settings profile and set just the frequency
try to pull the battery
but it's easier to set all the parameters
