Doesn't redirect to the credit card payment page during Woocommerce checkout?

Good afternoon, we encountered such a problem, in Woocomerce payments we added a payment method with a bank card (ArtPay Payment Gateway Plug-in for WooCommerce), but when placing an order and choosing this method, it gives an error "An error occurred during the checkout process. Please try again" . This order arrives in the Orders section with the status Pending payment, but does not redirect directly to the payment page. Installed the WP Bootstrap Starter theme, before that it gave the error "Code map error: Error: request failed with status 404". This error was corrected, but the situation was not resolved. Perhaps someone has already encountered this problem or have any suggestions what it could be connected with?
