Doesn't play videos on Android 11?

Recently it stopped playing video on CrDroid based on Android 11. HW (Hardware Decoder) does not work. Through the MX Player, a black screen, but the sound goes on. If you switch to SW (Software Decoder) then everything works. The same thing if you run the video through VLC with hardware acceleration disabled. Works. The problem is different. If you can do something with the downloaded videos in the player, then for example, with the video that I receive via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, watching the video through the browser, etc. here is the problem with this. Hangs on the first frame, and the sound goes. The video does not play. But the YouTube app plays the video without any problems. I did not do any manipulations on the device, everything stopped playing at some point. I don't know what to do with it.

Poked around in the system. Installed Android System WebView Canary I
went to the developer menu and in the WebView service I changed it to the downloaded Android System WebView Canary. Rebooted the device and now everything works.
