Doesn't merge or convert Adobe Acrobat DC pictures?

Recently there was a problem on one of our computers. We have several licensed Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions. Our designers very often carry out the following operation: a client comes, brings a set of graphic files (jpg, tiff, png), the designer, through the context menu (attached picture 1), either converts to pdf format for further work, or selects several images and combines them with a simultaneous conversion to multipage pdf.
One of the computers has been experiencing errors for about a month after conversion (attached picture 2) or merging (attached picture 3). No matter how I tried, I couldn't solve the problem. The problem remained even after a clean reinstallation of Windows (the screenshots were taken just after it). The most interesting thing is that the functionality still works for other designers (versions of Adobe Acrobat, Windows, etc. are identical).
