Doesn't go to azure.microsoft.com. What could be the reason?

Hello, I can't access azure.microsoft.com. It says "Connection attempt failed". It does not enter both from browsers on the computer itself, and from virtual machine browsers on the same computer. Ping and tracing gives "General error" The hosts file is clean. Thus from other computers from the same network comes normally. So the problem is local. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be?
