Doesn't generate modx links?

Good afternoon, comrades.
In general, I dragged the modix from the local server to the hosting and now the links specified as are not generated. If you turn off the CNC, then everything works fine and links are generated.

The problem was in the database.
Re-imported it.
Replaced InnoDB with MyISAM and everything is ok.
The problem is in Mayesquel versions.

Did you make a mistake with the syntax?
Should or
If it's OK, check again all system settings, context settings (if any), all CNC settings and web server settings (for Apache, .htaccess must be and contain at least default values).
