Does Zyxel Centurylink C1100z work with Russian ISPs?

Good afternoon. I decided to change my dsl modem to a new one. Looking at ebay, my choice fell on the model from Zyxel. And if specifically, then on the Zyxel centurylink c1100z model. After a little digging on the Internet, I came to the conclusion that this is a modem for the American provider Centurylink. And now specifically the question. Will this modem work with Russian providers. Do I need to flash this modem in order for it to function in Russia? And how to do it all?
