Let me explain. There is good content (not super quality, but there is the right audience for it), it will be interesting.
1) It's one thing to do it under your google account - then the channel will be "zero" without monetization and freshly conditionally.
2) The second option is to purchase an empty account, which was created, say, in 2009, and start building a channel on its basis - hoping that the age of the previously created (long ago) channel has some kind of trust and will allow you to better unwind the video.
3) Buy a channel of related topics "for a change", the so-called old channel with 5-6k seed subscribers. And start uploading content there. In the hope that the algorithms perceive "well, in the same place 5-6k subscribed - it means the content is suitable"".

Internal algorithms can rank videos differently, most likely, the age of the channel also plays a role here, but not the first one, so if I were you, I would not bother with finding the old channel and uploading the video.
