Does your MBA 2018 battery drain while charging?

Just updated my MBA 2018 to Catalina 10.15.6 - and the fun started right away.

I use the laptop for charging, the macbook started to discharge from 100%, now it has already reached 94%. What's the fun with that $1300+ bitten apple??
