Does visibility: hidden take the load off the browser like display:none does?

So it goes.
According to the TOR, 6 posts of 3 in two rows are requested with a fadeIn appearance animation + a slight upward movement.
After about 10 requests, when there are already over fifty posts on the page, both the page and the animation begin to noticeably slow down.
And then I thought that it would be nice to hide the top posts, which are currently far from the browser viewport, i.e. out of sight.
display: nonenot suitable, because solve the problem with height.
How about visibility:hidden- the load will also be removed from the browser?

No, it is not removed: https://webref.ru/css/visibility
visibility:
"hidden - The element becomes invisible or, more correctly, completely transparent, as it continues to participate in the page formatting."
