Does the Yandex Translator API have limits per month or in general?

Hello!
Yandex has a translator API, with a free translation limit of 10 million characters.

Question: these 10 million are given as a test and are NOT renewed anymore, or is this limit reset at the end of the month and 10 million character translations are available again?

2.3. Yandex reserves the right to set any limits and restrictions, including but not limited to the following:
on the volume of translated text - up to 1,000,000 characters per day, but not more than 10,000,000 characters per month .
