Does the Y.Metrica of visits count bot visits?

Hello! Such a difficult question:
On one site-parser there is a visitor from Y.Metrika, where the value "38 uniques per day" is indicated, BUT!
There is a serious suspicion that, in fact, this is a dor, through which bots are driven somewhere.
Question: is there such an option that these guys drive bots, but hide them from the metric? (i.e. bots do not fall into the metric).
In other words, is it possible to wind up bots on the site without getting into the ya.metrica?
