Does the use of css classes hidden-xs hidden-sm somehow affect SEO?

On the site I use ccs - styles from Bootstrap 3 getbootstrap.com if viewed from a device with a screen resolution of less than 992px; *and at the same time to display these blocks on the page if viewed from a device with a screen resolution of 992px or more) Question: - Does the use of css-classes somehow affect hidden-xs hidden-sm for SEO optimization? Doesn't affect at all? / Or is it negatively affected? - Will the links located in the blocks, for which the css-classes hidden-xs hidden-sm are registered, be indexed

?

Presentation classes and CSS itself indirectly affect the relevancy of a page through behavioral factors. And if the absence of a certain block on mobile devices, say, reduces the bounce rate, the impact is undoubtedly positive.
Documents are indexed, not rendered pages. Everything will be indexed.
