Does the type of display matrix affect eye health?

I have a 16:9 23' AH-IPS monitor. I sit at a distance of 60-80 cm from him.
Also, there is a smartphone with 16:9 5.5 'IPS. I use it at a distance of 20-30 cm.
I can quietly (and sometimes on purpose) sit down at any of the devices for a couple of hours. At the same time, after several hours of a computer monitor, my eyes get tired, but there is no such problem with a smartphone. And even more - tired of a computer monitor, I can transfer to a smartphone and my eyes seem to rest. Not as effective as if you lie down to doze/sleep, but still.
What could be the reason for this difference?

Everywhere - spoiled. Both with a monitor and with a smartphone.
Or more precisely, they adapt to work only at close range. Myopia develops.
The shape of the eyeball changes, perhaps because of the pain.
This is fine.
Then the eye adapts and the pain will go away.
You can easily sit in front of the screen for 14 hours without pain in your eyes.
True, you will have to wear glasses to drive a car or shoot.

affects not the type, but the quality of the matrix.
And also the backlight. From the LED backlight, the retina is burned out
